Darfur Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (DPLTI), Sudan

The Darfur Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (DPLTI) in Sudan aims to train 40 pastors and church leaders in Nyala over two years.

With a project budget of $14,000, DPLTI is grounded in biblical principles and seeks to deepen participants’ understanding of Scripture while enhancing their practical leadership skills, enabling them to shepherd their congregations effectively.

The program especially supports Muslim Background Believers (MBBs) who face significant challenges in openly expressing their faith due to the influence of radical Islam.

The project aims to cultivate reproducible disciples by equipping participants to mentor others, empower new converts to engage in community, and raise emerging leaders within the MBB network.

Desired outcomes include increased confidence among Christians to share their faith, improved leadership skills, and a strong mission-oriented mindset that fosters community transformation.

Your support toward the $14,000 needed will help strengthen persecuted believers, equip courageous pastors, and advance the Gospel in one of the most difficult regions of Sudan.
