Servant Leadership Development and Institutional Strengthening Program, South Sudan

The Servant Leadership Development and Institutional Strengthening Program in South Sudan aims to cultivate ethical, Christ-like servant leaders who can guide their communities toward peace and sustainable development.

With a budget of $75,000 over 12 months (January–December 2026), the project will restore and strengthen the Christian Leadership Institute of South Sudan (CLISS) and the Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (PLTI), serving 120 students and involving faculty and local leaders.

Key activities include reopening and renovating facilities, achieving accreditation, aligning curricula with national standards, and providing holistic support for students.

The goal is to ensure both institutions are fully operational and effective, producing trained servant leaders who will foster community transformation, reconciliation, and peacebuilding across South Sudan.
