Pastoral Leadership Training, Tanzania

Pastoral Leadership Training, Tanzania

Majority of church leaders in the Kigoma regions are lacking biblical and theological trainings due to retrogressive cultural practices and beliefs that influence agents of socialization including the church. ALARM, proposes to reach out to pastors and church leaders, to train them on theological and biblical teaching, with an objective of building their capacity, to continue ministering to church congregations and community.

The Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) in the Kigoma region of Tanzania aims to address the lack of biblical and theological training among local church leaders over three years.

The program will train 60 pastors and church leaders in various skills, including biblical knowledge, servant leadership, church management, and evangelism.

The training will occur over four weeks each year, empowering participants to effectively minister and foster community reconciliation.

The ultimate goal is to strengthen the African church, leading to church growth, effective teaching, and improved community relations.

Your support toward the $25,000 goal will help strengthen the African church in Kigoma so that healthy, Christ-centered leadership leads to church growth, effective teaching, and restored community relationships.
