The Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) equips untrained pastors and lay leaders with the skills for effective biblical teaching, preaching, and community service. The program emphasizes servant leadership, conflict-sensitive leadership, discipleship, and church-community engagement.
The program aims to train 50 untrained pastors and church leaders over three years, focusing on effective biblical teaching, servant leadership, and community engagement.
The program will conduct three seven-day training sessions annually in North Kivu Province, DRC.
Graduates will enhance their leadership skills, promote spiritual growth, and foster community reconciliation, ultimately creating a ripple effect by empowering them to train others.
