The Community Transformation Project for Young Graduates in Burundi aims to address unemployment among 50 young Christian university graduates over 12 months.
Using an asset-based community development (ABCD) approach, the project will train participants to identify and mobilize local resources, conduct community needs assessments, and practice civic engagement.
Graduates will learn to design and lead community projects that drive economic growth and social change from within their own contexts.
Expected outcomes include graduates equipped to initiate and lead community initiatives, increased civic participation, and sustainable, locally driven development that transforms communities from the inside out.
Your partnership will help 50 young Christian professionals move from unemployment to Spirit-led, community-focused leadership—using their education and faith to bless their neighbors and build up Burundi.
