The Mathare Women’s Resilience and Livelihood Initiative (MWRLI) in Kenya will serve 40 vulnerable women over nine months through training in business skills, vocational competencies, and trauma healing.
With a budget of $18,440, the project aims to build resilience and foster sustainable livelihoods. Participants will receive psychosocial support, training in income-generating activities, and strategies to prevent gender-based violence.
The prayerful goal is that at least 75% of women will start their own businesses or secure employment, 80% will maintain a steady income, and 90% will actively participate in trauma healing by forming support groups that offer mentorship and outreach in their community.
By giving toward the $18,440 needed, you can help these women experience healing, economic stability, and renewed hope in Christ.
