The Legal Aid Services project in Goma and Kindu, DRC, will, over one year, strengthen access to justice for victims of conflict, especially in cases of gender-based violence and civil disputes.
Working with 50 church community leaders, it will provide legal assistance, promote accountability and fundamental rights, and empower leaders to advocate for justice and peace.
Expected outcomes include resolving at least 50 cases, increasing awareness of legal rights, and renewed trust in the justice system.
