The Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) in Kindu, Maniema Province, DRC, will equip 80 pastors and church leaders over one year (2026).
The program emphasizes sound biblical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and servant leadership principles to foster effective ministry in a post-conflict context. It also seeks to establish peer mentorship networks, strengthen sustainable discipleship, and support efforts at healing and reconciliation.
