The General Pastoral Leadership Conference (GPLC) in Kitshanga, North Kivu, aims to strengthen 60 pastors and church leaders over one year.
The training will focus on biblical teaching, ethical and servant leadership, and conflict-sensitive ministry, especially in post-conflict areas. Leaders will be equipped to promote peacebuilding, community healing, and spiritual growth through improved pastoral care and discipleship.
