ALARM Uganda is organizing a three-day General Leadership Conference in Pader district, targeting 50 faith leaders, with a budget of $3,300.
Drawing on experience training more than 3,000 leaders nationwide, this conference will focus on servant leadership, forgiveness, and conflict resolution to foster community transformation.
Expected outcomes include stronger leadership practices, deeper reconciliation, healthier family life, and improved livelihoods—along with a scalable model for future leadership development in Northern Uganda.
