The General Women Leadership Conference (GWLC) in Goma, North Kivu, is a one-year project designed to equip 50 women in church leadership with training in leadership, trauma resilience, and peacebuilding.
Through interactive workshops and mentorship, the conference will address the wounds of conflict, foster reconciliation, and encourage women to become confident leaders and advocates for peace.
