Poka Women Leadership Development Program, Kenya

The Poka Women Leadership Development Program in Kajiado, Kenya, is a three-year (2026–2028) initiative of ALARM Kenya and Poka Pastors Fellowship, designed to empower 60 women leaders from the Maasai community.

Addressing deeply rooted patriarchal traditions, the program offers three training sessions each year on biblical studies, leadership, community development, and conflict resolution.

With a total budget of $17,550, the project seeks to strengthen women’s spiritual foundations, build their leadership capacity, and enhance their economic empowerment. The vision is that 80% of graduates will become agents of change in their communities and 90% will serve as mentors to other women, multiplying the impact.

By contributing toward the $17,550 needed, you partner with these women as they step into God-given leadership, uplift their families, and transform their communities.
