The Pastoral Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) in Agago district, Uganda—part of ALARM’s Servant Leadership Development—will train 50 pastors over three years with a budget of $4,200.
Building on more than 14 years of PLTI experience and over 1,000 lay pastors already trained across Uganda, this program will deepen pastors’ theological understanding and leadership skills, enabling them to provide sound biblical instruction and guide their congregations toward both spiritual and socio-economic growth. It has already proven effective in stimulating church planting and community development, and ALARM Uganda seeks to replicate this impact in the growing Christian communities of northern Uganda.
