The Women Leadership Training Institute (WLTI) focuses on empowering women leaders in the church and society through theological training, leadership development, and mentorship. This program seeks to help women become influential leaders, prepared to serve in community engagement, conflict resolution, and reconciliation efforts.
The Women Leadership Training Institute (WLTI) in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo, aims to empower 30 women in church leadership through a year-long program focused on theological training, leadership development, and mentorship.
The initiative promotes skills in discipleship and conflict resolution, preparing graduates to actively influence their communities, advocate for women’s empowerment, and initiate social change in post-conflict settings.
The expected outcome is that these empowered women will serve as role models and contribute significantly to church leadership and community engagement.
Your support can help raise up 30 Christ-centered women leaders who will serve as role models in their churches and communities, bringing hope, healing, and justice where it is most needed.
