Over the past three years, from 2023 to 2026, IWE School has benefited greatly from its partnership with EDIFY Rwanda. Through training, guidance, and practical support, the partnership has contributed significantly to the growth, development, and transformation of our school.

IWE School has received training in areas including school leadership and management, financial management, accounting software, technology integration in teaching, Christian discipleship, and other programs designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and capacity of our staff.

As a result of applying the knowledge and skills gained through these programs, IWE School has made significant improvements in several key areas:

• Student and Parent Care: Improved communication with parents, student record management, reception of new students and parents, and school fee payment processes.
• Compliance and Accountability: Strengthened compliance with education requirements, tax obligations, social security contributions, and proper maintenance of school facilities.
• Financial Management: Improved budgeting, financial record keeping, use of accounting software, and responsible management of school resources.
• Christ-Centered Education: Strengthened Christian values within the school through discipleship clubs, Bible sharing, prayer, and opportunities for students and staff to grow spiritually.
• Good Governance and Leadership: Improved staff documentation, communication with parents, teamwork, leadership practices, and the involvement of parents in school activities.
• Quality Teaching and Learning: Continued improvement of teaching and learning facilities, access to learning resources, teacher qualifications, and professional development.
• Spiritual Growth: Increased opportunities for students and staff to participate in prayer, discipleship, and other activities that support spiritual growth.

The impact of this partnership can be seen in the daily life and operation of IWE School. The training and support received have not remained theoretical; we have worked to put what we learned into practice, creating lasting improvements across the school.

In recognition of these efforts and progress, IWE School was recognized as an outstanding school among schools that partnered with EDIFY Rwanda during the 2023–2026 period.
