Group photoRecommendation:
The local leaders are committed to being transformation and servant leaders. They develop the mindset and skills to bring about positive change and inspire trust among their people, enabling communities to experience more inclusive, transparent, and responsive leadership. Their said that people need more awareness about mediation. They suggested a trauma healing session for leaders (compassion fatigue healing for them) because many cases of trauma affected people they receive are affecting them by the second trauma.
