Pastoral Leadership Training Institute, Tanzania

The Tanzania project, managed by the Servant Leadership Department, aims to train 60 untrained pastors and church leaders over three years, with 2.5 years already completed and a remaining budget of $14,805.

In a country where the church is growing rapidly and many evangelical pastors—especially in rural areas—have little formal training, ALARM is equipping these leaders in Bible study, church leadership, and discipleship.

Expected outcomes include a deeper grasp of Christian doctrine, stronger spiritual health in congregations, more intentional discipleship, and healthier relationships among believers.

By giving toward the remaining $14,805, you help complete the equipping of these 60 leaders so they can continue to shepherd God’s people faithfully and strengthen churches across Tanzania.
