From July 8th to 10th, 2025, PLTI alumni and their spouses participated in a 3-day training on Gender, Equality, Equity, Reconciliation and Partnership (GERP).

They got sharpened on real signification of these terminologies so that they work together as partners rather than in competition or master and servant. With clear understanding of equality and equity meaning, men and women are called upon to complete one another for the sake of having a strong and empowered family, church, community and society.

In their testimonies or feedbacks, they realized that men, women and children are all candidates to gender violence and at the same time victims of gender-based violence. They recognized that inequality is for sure source of violence leading to division and family destruction.
