On October 15th-17th, Reverend Theo led a Women’s Leadership Conference. As these women met together, they were encouraged and taught the importance of their role as women in their families, churches, and society. Reverend Theo used influential women from scripture to demonstrate the importance of women leadership and the role of women in peacebuilding, reconciliation, and servant leadership.

On October 1st-2nd, ALARM DR Congo facilitated a General Youth Conference to develop young leaders to understand their impact on families, churches, and nations.
