We train and equip African men and women leaders from multiple countries and denominations by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to rewrite the stories of African families, communities and nations. In order to equip the leaders to serve as servant leaders in their churches, ALARM works through local churches and denominations to offer a wide variety of training in biblical, theological and ministerial skills while promoting reconciliation of relationships and social transformation through ministries of compassion.

In addition to the development of a strong African team of trainers, ALARM builds and develops partnerships with qualified men and women from other parts of the world to be involved in training and equipping African leaders for the challenges of the millennium.

We achieve this by pursuing three strategic focus areas namely:  Developing servant leaders, reconciling relationships, and transforming communities
